Ich suche eine neue Untermieterin resp. Mitbewohnerin per 01.10.2024 oder nach Vereinbarung für ein Zimmer von 15m2 in einer 3.5 Zimmer-Wohnung von rund 100m2, beim Friesenberg, 8055 Zürich. Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Bett, Schrank, Nachttisch, Lampe). Die Miete in der Höhe von CHF 1'350 ist inkl. NK (Akonto), zzgl. TV, Wifi, EWZ, etc.

Präferenz wäre eine Wochenaufenthalterin oder jemand der viel reist, weiblich (aber auch offen für fulltime & m wenn es passt), welche das „zu Hause sein“ schätzt und dem Inventar Sorge trägt. Jemand der am Abend gerne auch mal zusammen kocht, oder ein Glas Wein geniesst wenn beide zuhause sind (daher auch keine reine Zwecks-WG). Ich bin viel unterwegs aber geniesse es genau so sehr in mein trautes Heim zu kommen um ein bisschen Ruhe zu finden.

Zu meiner Person
Ich bin weiblich, 30 Jahre und arbeite im Sales und bin noch Flight Attendant (Freelance). Unter der Woche arbeite ich vom Büro aus und bin am Abend meistens ca. 3-4 Mal unterwegs. Ich schätze eine gute Gesellschaft aber eben genau so die me-time.

Betr. Haustiere; ein Hund, welcher nicht haart, könnte in Absprache als Haustier genehmigt werden. Unsere Nachbarn haben einen Havaneser.

I am looking for a new subtenant resp. roommate per 01.10.2024 or by arrangement for a room of 15m2 in a 3.5 room apartment of arround 100m2 at Friesenberg, 8055 Zurich.The room is furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table, lamp). The rent of CHF 1’350 includes the monthly additional costs, but TV, Wifi, EWZ, etc. (this comes separate).

Preference would be for a weekly resident, female (but also open to full-time & male if it matches), who appreciates being at home and takes care of the inventory. Someone who likes to cook together in the evening or enjoy a glass of wine when both are at home (therefore not a purely functional flat share). During the week, I spend a lot of time away from home, but I enjoy coming home to my own home just as much to find some peace and quiet.

About me
I am female, 30 years old and work in sales and am also a flight attendant (freelancer). During the week I work from the office and am usually out and about 3-4 times in the evening.I appreciate a good company but also the me-time.

Concerning pets
a dog that does not shed could be approved as a pet by arrangement. Our neighbors have a Havanese.
