Hi everyone

I offer a beautiful and bright unfurnished room in a very nice appartement with floor heating in a quiet area 15-20 minutes from Zurich center. The room is about 18 m2 and lights enters all day.

Migros, Aldi, Denner and other shops as well as a pharmacy and the nearest bus stop are within 5 minutes walking.

The appartment is actually even nicer in reality than on the photos ☺️ with a sunny balcony.

The Appartement is about 20 minutes away from Zurich HB and ETH.

I am mid 30s, very social and active but also enjoy a lazy evening at home.
I want this appartment to feel home for both of us 🙂

What I’m looking for in a flatmate: cleaneliness, respect / trustworthiness, and some social life (watching movie together every now and then, cooking together or sth).

I’d prefer people older than 30 but if we vibe, it’s ok if you are younger.
