I am looking for someone to take over my room from January to February 2025 due to job-related travel. I am seeking a trustworthy individual with a relaxed routine.

The room is furnished, and the flat includes a balcony, a furnished kitchen, two toilets, one of them with a shower, and a living room. You will share the flat with two other flatmates who are male 36 and female 27 years old and are both working professionals.

The location is convenient, as it is close to public transport, just 25 minutes from Zurich city centre by tram and 15 minutes by train. The monthly rent is available upon request and includes an internet connection.
