Your bedroom is fully furnished in a minimalistic style (bed, clothes hanging rack and desk, and if you want, you'll get bed sheets/ towels). It has a window you can fully open.
The whole flat is fully furnished and equipped with most of the stuff one needs: a living room with a nice view and big windows/ access to the balcony, kitchen with all you need (fridge, additional big freezer, etc.), bathroom with bath/ shower (with a window), hall with wardrobe to share, balcony with a nice view. We have floor heating, a dishwasher, and a lift. The washing room for the clothes is shared in the building according to a plan (2 washings machines, 2 tumblers, a drying room).
A very nice cleaning lady comes ca. every 2-3 weeks for 3 hours (she cleans all bedrooms, too).
I like it very neat and tidy - it is very important.
A deposit of CHF 1,000.- is required, preferring no registration option (depending on the timeframe we can discuss this). You need to have a liability insurance that covers you in Zurich.
The add here is for 1 person/ 1 roommate (please no couples or such)

TEMPORAERES, moebliertes ZIMMER (9,5 qm) in einer Wohngemeinschaft (74 m2) mit einer Mitbewohnerin (berufstaetigt um die 40).
Dein Schlafzimmer ist komplett in einem minimalistischen Stil eingerichtet (Bett, Kleiderstange und kleiner Schreibtisch, und wenn du magst, erhaeltst du Bettwaesche / Handtuecher). Es hat ein Fenster, das man vollstaendig oeffnen kann.
Die gesamte Wohnung ist voll moebliert und ausgestattet: Wohnzimmer mit schoener Aussicht und grossen Fenstern/ Zugang zum Balkon, Kueche mit allem, was man braucht (Kuehlschrank und grosser separater Gefrierschrank), Bad mit Badewanne/Dusche (mit Fenster), Flur mit Garderobe zur Mitbenutzung, Balkon mit schoener Aussicht. Wir haben Fussbodenheizung, einen Geschirrspueler und einen Aufzug. Der Waschraum (2 Waschmaschine, 2 Trockner, Trocknerraum) wird nach einem Plan im Gebaeude mitbenutzt.
Eine sehr nette Putzfrau kommt ca. alle 2-3 Wochen für 3 Stunden (sie putzt auch die Schlafzimmer).
Ich mag es ordentlich und aufgeraeumt - das ist mir sehr wichtig.
Es wird eine Kaution von CHF 1,000 verlangt, bevorzugt keine Anmeldungen (je nach Zeitraum können wir dies besprechen). Du solltest eine Haftpflichtversicherung haben.
Das Inserat hier ist für 1 Person/ 1 Mitbewohner (bitte keine Paare o.ä.).
