I’m looking for one roommate to share a 3.5-room flat located on Luegislandstrasse. The apartment is scheduled for renovation on
January 31, 2026
, though this has already been postponed for 1.5 years and may be extended further.
I'm a PhD student (39 y/o) in the field of artistic research in music and also a teacher. Ideally, I’m looking for a tidy, respectful, and non-partying roommate—someone who is mindful of shared spaces, cleanliness, and noise (like closing doors quietly, etc.).
We currently have a shared cleaning schedule every two weeks on the weekend to keep the common areas tidy.

The flat is owned by WFS and is therefore available exclusively to students.
