The apartment
The 5.5 room apartment was built in 2008 and is very modern and clean. It is located on the 2nd floor and has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen (including dishwasher), a living room, and a balcony. Common rooms are all already fully furnished as well. Laundry facilities are shared in the cellar. The apartment has floor heating and a fibre internet connection (WiFi).

The location
Shopping facilities are 5-10 minutes away by foot (Coop, Migrolino, Coop Pronto, Migros and Aldi). There is a bus stop directly in front of the building, from which you can get to the University in 10-15 minutes. Zurich HB and Zurich Airport are also only 10-15 minutes away via train.

Your roommates
At the moment we are of 4 people who have moved to Zurich for study and work reasons. Your flatmates are Pamela (25 - IT / EN / GER), Alessandro (28- IT / EN) and Ada (25 - EN / ESP). We are all independent, easy-going and care to respect the privacy of the others. We have no specific rules - other than being mindful, clean and no smoking inside the apartment.
