The room is large and comfortable and well-equipped with a king-size bed, desk, office chair, wardrobe, and shared balcony. The apartment is large, cozy, and fully furnished, with a shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room. You’ll also have access to WiFi, TV, a dishwasher, and washing/drying machines in the cellar.
The location is very convenient:

* just a 10-minute walk to Oerlikon train station
* 8 minutes walk to Coop, Denner and LIDL
* 20 min by train from ETH Zentrum
* 30 min by train from ETH Honggerberg

The price is
1305 CHF/month
, with 2475 CHF deposit (standard 2 months of rent) + 20 CHF/month for WiFi, quarterly bills.

The apartment is fully furnished. Shared furniture in the kitchen/living room, and in the private room (bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe) can be purchased. The exact pricing will be discussed privately with the potential new tenant.

About the shared living

You’ll be sharing the flat with me (Maria, 31y), a full-time working professional.
For me, a WG is not just about sharing space but about creating a respectful, and social home. Since it will be just the two of us, I’d love to live with someone who has a similar view and lifestyle, also enjoys chitchats over dinner, a spontaneous glass of wine, or maybe even a sport activity together.
Ideally you are someone who:
