Wir vermieten zwei helle WG-Zimmer, 10m2 und 9m2 in unserer WG in Höngg. Unsere WG ist 103m2 gross mit gemütlichem Wohnzimmer, Küche, Badezimmer, separates WC und einen Balkon. Zur Mitbenützung stehen Waschküche, Keller und Veloraum zur Verfügung.
HB Zürich: 20 Minuten; ETH Hönggerberg: 10 Minuten. In 8 Minuten sind Coop, Migros, Alnatura, Denner, diverse Apotheken, Banken und der Wald zu Fuss erreichbar. Zudem ist man in ca. 15 Gehminuten bei der Werdinsel.
Für Internet, EWZ & Serafe kommt monatlich ein kleiner Betrag hinzu.
Über uns: wir sind Ana (33, Architektin & Master ETH) und Caroline (27, Chiropraktikerin & Medizin Studentin). Ab und zu unternehmen wir zusammen etwas (Werdinsel, Bar usw.). Wir respektieren und geniessen aber auch unsere Zeit alleine. Untereinander sprechen wir vor allem Englisch, können teils jedoch auch Deutsch und Spanisch.

Unsere Frauen-WG sucht eine sympathische, aufgestellte Mitbewohnerin (27–37 Jahre), die bereit ist, Hauptmieterin zu werden. Wenn du ein respektvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben schätzt und zuverlässig bist, freuen wir uns über deine Anfrage mit einer kurzen Vorstellung über dich.

We are renting two cozy rooms (10m2 & 9m2) in our girls' apartment. Our apartment is 103m2, it has a big living room, balcony, a large bathroom and a separate toilet, kitchen and dining room. For shared use: laundry room, bicycle room and cellar.
20 minutes to Zurich main station, 10 minutes to ETH Hönggerberg. In walking distance: Denner, Coop, Migros, Alnatura and pharmacy as well as the Werdinsel and the forest.
A small monthly fee is added for Internet, EWZ & Serafe
We are Ana (33 Architect & Master ETH) and Caroline (27 Chiropractor & Medicine student). From time to time, we enjoy spending some time together (Werdinsel, bars, restaurants). But we also appreciate and respect our "alone time". We mostly speak English at home, but we also speak German and Spanish.
