Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in der Stadt Zürich befristet bis zum 30. April 2026, da das ganzes Haus renoviert wird.

Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, aber die Möbel auf dem Foto können jedoch nach Vereinbarung übernommen oder genutzt werden. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Küche mit Waschmaschine, ein Badezimmer sowie ein Esszimmer. Die Tramverbindungen sind regelmässig, das Stadtzentrum ist in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar. Die WG besteht aus zwei andere Personen. Nebenkosten sind nicht im Mietpreis inbegriffen.

Bitte beachten: Es handelt sich um eine fixe Laufzeit, eine Verlängerung ist nicht möglich.

I am renting out my room in the city of Zurich on a fixed-term basis until April 30, 2026, as the entire building will be renovated.
The room is unfurnished, however the furniture shown in the photos can be taken over or used by arrangement. The apartment includes a kitchen with a washing machine, a bathroom, and a dining room. Tram connections are regular, and the city center can be reached in approximately 20 minutes. The shared apartment consists of two other persons. Utilities are not included in the rent.
