Schöne, ruhige Lage in Zürich-Höngg, die Tramstation (Linie 50 und 80) ist 50m entfernt mit Anbindungen an ETH-Hönggerberg (5 min) und Zürich HB (16 min).
Sowohl Zimmer, als auch der Rest der Wohnung sind vollständig möbliert und eingerichtet. Die Möbel sind neu und einwandfrei.
Die Miete beträgt 680chf + 180chf Nebenkosten + 130chf Reinigungsgebühr.
In den fixen Nebenkosten sind enthalten Wasser, Strom, Internet (Wlan); Reinigung erfolgt durch Putzkraft alle zwei Wochen.
In der Küche hat es eine Waschmaschine aber es gibt auch einen Waschkeller mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es hat noch einen Dachboden als Abstellplatz.

Looking for a new tenant for my room starting from February 24th.
Nice and quiet location in Zurich-Höngg. The tram stop (lines 50 and 80) is just 50 m away, with direct connections to ETH Hönggerberg (5 min) and Zurich HB (16 min).
Both the room and the rest of the apartment are fully furnished and equipped. All furniture is new and in perfect condition.
The rent is CHF 680 + CHF 180 utilities + CHF 130 cleaning fee.
The fixed utilities include water, electricity, and Wi-Fi; cleaning is done by a professional cleaner every two weeks.
The kitchen includes a washing machine, and there is also a shared laundry room with washer and dryer. An attic is available for storage.
The landlord is Room-Estate AG.
