The available room is cozy, bright, and quiet since it faces a pedestrian walkway. The size is approx 15 sqm. There is a permanently built-in large wardrobe, but apart from that the furniture will be removed by the current tenant and the room will be unfurnished. The room has direct access to the sunny balcony.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Riccardo, a 33-year-old Italian working full-time at the University Hospital Zurich. I enjoy spending time together—like sharing meals, coffee or having occasionally friends over —while also respecting privacy and personal space. I like road-biking in summer and ski-touring in winter, so these hobbies take me out of the apartment most of the weekends for full days. I’m looking for a flatmate (only workers, no students) who is respectful, easy-going, friendly, and appreciates a tidy home.
