The room is in a
JUWO
student apartment. The flat has 5 rooms in total, 2 bigger ones and 3 smaller ones like this one, 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet. There is also a small basement storage (Keller) downstairs for personal items.

Please only apply if you are officially accepted by JUWO and / ormeet all their conditions. That is also the reason why I have to move out, I no longer meet one of their requirements.

The location is perfect, only 3 minutes walking distance to Bahnhof Altstetten. From there you are at Zürich HB in around 5 minutes. Shops and everything you need are very close. (Coop that's open until 10 that's 3min away, another one that's open until 00 that's 7min away)

The room is 10m2 and almost perfectly square, 3.33 x 3.00 m. Because of the layout, it feels more spacious than narrow rooms that are only 2 meters wide.

I will take all furniture with me except the bed. I bought it for 80 CHF, and I think 50 CHF for it is fair. (Maybe I also leave the Stand that's under the TV, not sure yet - if I don't take it with me, I'd like to sell it for 40 as well)

The other four people living in the WG are all students, and the dynamic is simple: We meet in the kitchen, chat a bit, sometimes eat together, and that's basically it. Anything more than that is of course completely optional...
