A friend and I are renting a room in our apartment. We are both 28 years old and work in consulting. The room will be available from January 1st. (Or earlier if we arrange, as early as mid Devember)
The apartment is a 3.5-room located at Altstetterplatz 11 Zurich, near the train station and very well-connected. It's only 5 minutes from Zurich HB. The room is 12 m2 and fully furnished as shown in the photos. (Except a few decorations owned by the previous tenant)

For the renting period, there is complete flexibility; we can mutually decide whether you would like to stay for just from three month or an indefinite period.
The room is available from January 1st, with the latest possible entry date being mid January.

Rent: 1150 CHF/month, all inclusive
Floor: 8th
Dishwasher, Washing machine and dryer in the apartment
Deposit: 2300 CHF (Depending on the contract duration, but is negotiable)
