in unserer sonnigen 3er WG wird wird ab Juli 2024 ein Zimmer frei (erstmal bis Ende Oktober 2024, Verlängerung evtl. möglich).
Wir suchen eine sympathische Mitbewohnerin etwa 25-35, berufstätig, die sich das (Zusammen)leben unkompliziert und gelassen vorstellen kann aber auch Rücksicht auf die Privatsphäre und Ordnung nimmt.
Die Mitbewohner sind beide30, berufstätig, nett und genau die richtige Mischung zwischen einerseits gesprächig und offen andererseits respektvoll und ruhig.

Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind gemütlich möbliert und die Lage ist perfekt: die Station Hubertus (Tram 3 und Bus 33, 83) ist nur 2 Minuten entfernt (1 Minute unter Zeitdruck:) ) und ein Denner Supermarkt befindet sich direkt vor der Tür.

Falls Du Interesse hast, würden wir Dich gerne auf einen Kaffee einladen, sodass du dir einen Eindruck machen kannst (1. dass die Wohnung richtig schön ist und 2. die evtl. zukünftigen Mitbewohner noch nicer als die Wohnung) :)

Hi there

there is one free room starting July 2024 in our sunny 3-rooms-WG (July to October 2024, with potential possibility to extend).

We are looking for a friendly flatmate (preferably female), between 25-35, working, who would enjoy a relaxed, uncomplicated atmosphere at home while also being attentive towards the privacy of the others and the cleanliness of the common spaces.
The other two flatmates, 2 guys, both 30 and working are the right mix of friendly, chatty and open while also being respectful and quiet.
The cozy apartment is situated perfectly only 2 min away (1min if you’re in a hurry) from the Hubertus station (Tram 3 and Bus 33, 83) and there is a Denner Supermarket at our doorstep.

If you’re interested, we’d like to invite you over for a coffee so that you can see for yourself that the apartment is really nice, and your potential flatmates even nicer.
