Not furnished, internal side (not on the street), private balcony, 15m2.
Rent: 1000chf everything included, 1 month deposit.

I’m Davide, 26yo Italian guy working 100%.
I’m clean, tidy and respectful. During the day I’m always working, on the weekends I also usually go outside and clean the house.
