After more than two wonderful years, it’s time for me to say goodbye to this beautiful apartment in Zurich, and I’m now looking for someone to take over my room.

The move-in would start with an initial one-month sublease, ideally from January 25th (or another date by arrangement).

The apartment is newly built, modern, and designed for a very high level of comfort. It features underfloor heating, a high-quality ventilation system, and a private washing machine and dryer inside the flat. There’s also generous storage space in the basement and a balcony that gets beautiful morning sun.

The location truly couldn’t be better: a gym right across the street, charming bakeries nearby, supermarkets just a 4-minute walk away, and excellent public transport connections.

You’d be sharing the apartment with my flatmate (female, 23), who is very friendly, easygoing, and often traveling -so the atmosphere at home is usually calm and relaxed.

If you’d like, it would be appreciated if you could take over the wardrobe in my room for CHF 450 (original price CHF 860)

Please note that a Betreibungsregisterauszug will be required.
Viewings will take place during the week of January 5th.
