FROM FEBRUARY TO SEPTEMBER-OCTOBER
Hi! We are looking for a new flatmate to this nice 4er-WG.
The room is 20m2 with access to balcony, in a 140m2 house, and you will share the bathroom with one of the flatmates. The utilities were renovated last year (kitchen, bathrooms, windows). You can find dishwasher, washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment. Due the renovation the old contract will stay only until around September/October, if you want to stay you can, but you will need to do a new contract.
The house is shared with three students (M/F/F) from Tessin. They are super chill people and enjoy to share the communal areas of the apartment with game or movie nights.
The house is in a very quiet area of Zürich, surrounded by nature.
