We are looking for a new flatmate in our shared apartment in Affoltern, Zurich. The room is spacious, part of a 120m2 shared flat, 5 min walk from the train station Affoltern and 15 min bus ride to ETH Hönggerberg. The apartment is big and bright close to all facilities (Coop, Migros) and public transport.
Since my girlfriend is on a exchange semester, we are renting out one room in our flat.
You will share the apartment with me, Michael! I am 27 years old and am working in Strategy. I like to do a lot of sports (like running and biking) and am looking for a calm and friendly person with a similar lifestyle. I am easygoing and are happy to share moments together but we also appreciate stillness and that everyone keeps the apartment clean. Details:
CHF 1500 per month for the rent (WiFi and electricity included)
The room is furnished and is 14m2 (bed, bedtable, wardrobe, desk if needed).
You’d have your own bathroom.
Move-in date is in July or August and arranged with the tenants.
The deposit for the apartment: CHF 4500.
There is no deposit for the shared furniture.
Both deposits and furniture depots you will get back when ending the rental agreement.
