Hello all, as my flatmate will be moving out, I am looking for a new person to share this lovely apartment with from February / March 2025 (if you see two adverts, no dramas - I'm also looking to sublet the whole apartment for two months or so from December or so as will be away and flatmate moves in December) Bit of details about the place:

\- 122m2 indoor living space on top floor of the building (6th) with lift – floor to ceiling windows means it is bright even in the upcoming winter
\- 2 bedrooms – the free bedroom quite big (3.5m by 4.5m), south facing and overlooking a quiet inner courtyard.
\- 2 bathrooms – everyone has their own WC and shower! - Washer and dryer in the apartment
\- Big open plan kitchen (with dishwasher), living and dining room area which is great for hosting friends
\- 3 large terraces (approx.. 55m2 total size) – perfect for those summer BBQs
\- Storage in the basement
\- Sihlcity 3 minutes walk away
\- Bahnhof Enge 10 minutes walk away, and Zurich Giesshubel (train to HB in 4 minutes) 2 minutes walk away

You would be sharing the place with me - British guy, 31 years old and currently working in insurance. Have been in Switzerland for 6 or so years now, very relaxed person and like to keep active as much as I can.
