I'm looking to rent out a room with private balcony in my spacious 3 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and rooftop in a beautiful flat next to Giesshübel.

📍 Location:

The flat is located next to Giesshubel in Zurich. It's a peaceful and quiet area.

The Zurich HB train station is just around 3 minutes by train, or 10 minutes biking, making commuting a breeze.

The flat is also next to SihlCity, a big commercial center with everything you need, as well as different supermarkets such as Coop, Migros or Lidl.

Lake Zurich is also super close either by biking or by tram.

Next to Giesshübel train station (S4, SN4)
5 minutes walk to Sihlcity Nord ( T5, T13, T17)
4 minutes walk to Zürich Binz (S10)
3 minutes walk to Bus (66, 72, N15, N18)

The flat is on the 2nd floor, furnished very spacious and luminous, especially in the living room, which has a small terrace.

There is a private washing machine available in the kitchen, and also a rooftop shared with the rest of the apartments.

The room comes furnished and has its own balcony.

Looking for an easygoing person, non-smoking, that doesn’t mind living with a cat at home.

💸 Costs:

1250 CHF/ month all-inclusive, no extra costs, including water, electricity, internet, and heating (1-month deposit required)
