The price is 1250.- incl. everything (electricity, internet etc.). The apartment and the room are well-equipped, microwave/dishwasher etc.The building includes as well a laundry room in the basement.

The train stations Giesshübel and Zurich Binz are within 6 minute walk. Tram stop Schmiede Wiedkon is only a 8 minute walk away, as well as bus 72 is within a minute walk.

You’ll have the apartment to yourself for most of December. After that, you’ll be sharing with me, a 32 year old guy working for a corpo.

The room is aimed for someone who needs a temporary accomodation.
