Unsere 3er WG in einer wunderschönen, sanierten Altbauwohnung Nähe Bahnhof Giesshübel und Binz sucht ab 23. Oktober oder nach Vereinbarung eine/n Untermieter/in, da eines unserer WG-Mitglieder für 1.5 Monate in die Ferien geht. Bezugs- und Auszugstermin (bis mitte Dezember) sind flexibel.

Wir sind 2 Jungs, Manuel (28, DE) und Leo (27, IT). Berufstätig (PhD und Postdoc), gesellig, sportlich aktiv.
In unserer modernen, schön sanierten Wohnung mit tollen Holzdielen, hohen Decken, einer grossen, offenen Wohnküche, Waschmaschine in der Wohnung und 2 Bädern wird einerseits gelebt, gekocht, gespielt, diskutiert und gelegentlich gefeiert. Es ist aber auch Platz dafür, dass jeder sein Leben lebt und sich zurückziehen kann, wenn nötig.
Wir suchen offene, berufstätige Menschen in etwa unserem Alter mit Erfahrung im WG-Leben und Lust, sich in einer solchen einzubringen.

Dein Zimmer ist etwa 16m2 gross, hell, mit 2 Fenstern und schönem Holzboden. Das Zimmer ist möbliert und du darfst auch gerne den Bildschirm und die Stereoanlage benutzen. Gäste und Freunde sind bei uns immer willkommen!
In der Miete enthalten sind alle Nebenkosten, Internet und auch unsere Reinigungskraft, die einmal wöchentlich kommt und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche putzt.

Because one of our share flat member will be on vacation for 1.5 months, one of the rooms in our 3-person share flat is looking for a temporary tenant. The room is available from 23. October until mid December, but we are flexible regarding the exact dates (so please let us know what dates would work for you).

We are 2 guys, Manuel (28, DE) and Leo (27, IT), both working (PhD and postdoc), sociable and active.
Our modern, freshly renovated flat with wooden floors, high ceilings, an open kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine and 2 bathrooms is a place of living, cooking, playing games, having interesting talks and also one or the other party! There is also enough space for you if you need some time for yourself and live your own life.
We are looking for a friendly, open-minded person who is also in their work life and has experience with living in share flats.

Your room is roughly 16m2 big, bright, with two windows and a beautiful wooden floor. The room comes fully furnished and you may also use the monitor and stereo system in there. Guests and friends are always welcome in our flat - so don’t hesitate to invite them!
Included in the monthly rent are all extra costs, internet and also a cleaning-person who’s coming once a week to clean the common areas of our flat.
