Looking for a flatmate for 3–4 months (number of months and start date negotiable to a certain extent) to share my bright 89 m² apartment located at the base of Üetliberg.
The available room is furnished and comes with its own adjacent bathroom. The apartment is on the 5th floor of a newly built building (2025) and is conveniently located right next to the Tram 13 stop “Albisgüetli”, with direct connections to Zurich main station in about 15 minutes. Being right at the base of Üetliberg, the location is perfect for walking, jogging, or spending time outdoors.
An outdoor parking space is available for an additional CHF 80 per month.

About me: I’m 33, female, originally from the canton of Uri. While I enjoy living in Zurich, I often spend my weekends back home. I’m looking for a working professional who is responsible, tidy, and respectful, and who prefers a calm living environment.
