Das WG-Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster mit Blick ins Grüne und einen Zugang zum Balkon, dadurch ist es sehr schön hell.
Außerdem gibt es in der WG einen kleinen aber feinen Wohn-/Essbereich, eine Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
Im Haus gibt es außerdem eine gemeinsame Waschmaschine mit Trockenraum und einen Fahrradkeller.

Die WG befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage zwischen großen Bäumen, direkt am Ueberlandpark. Zur Tramhaltestelle „Ueberlandpark“ sind es drei Minuten zu Fuß und mit der Tram ist man innerhalb von 20 Minuten am HB. Der Schwammendingerplatz (mit etlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Coop, Migros, Denner…) ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

Deine WG-Mitbewohner sind Max und Marius. Beide machen ein Praktikum in einem Architekturbüro und sind gerne draußen unterwegs. Bisher führen wir ein geselliges WG-Leben und Kochen regelmäßig zusammen.

Da das Haus abgerissen wird, ist das Zimmer nur Befristet für den April zur Miete (eventuell könntest du im Mai noch bleiben).

The shared flat room has a large window overlooking greenery and access to the balcony, which makes it very bright and pleasant.
In addition, the flat features a small but cozy living/dining area, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a bathtub. The building also offers a shared washing machine with a drying room and a bicycle storage room.

The flat is located in a very quiet area among large trees, right next to Ueberlandpark. The “Ueberlandpark” tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, and from there it takes about 20 minutes by tram to reach the main station. Schwamendingerplatz (with various shopping options such as Coop, Migros, Denner, etc.) is only a five-minute walk away.

Your future flatmates are Max and Marius. Both are doing internships at an architecture firm and enjoy spending time outdoors. So far, we have had a sociable flat-sharing experience and regularly cook together.

Since the building is going to be demolished, the room is available for rent for April only (you might possibly be able to stay in May as well).
