You'll have a bedroom of around 18 m². The bathroom is shared.

The rent includes:

* Utilities (CHF 190/month)
* The room is furnished, though we can discuss other arrangements if you have your own furniture.

I'm an active middle-aged female and would prefer sharing the flat with someone in a similar chapter of life. It's important to me that the kitchen remains meat-free, so I'm looking for someone who'd naturally appreciate that way of living. I'm often out during the week and around more at weekends. When I'm home, you'll usually find me cooking or relaxing.

I'm flexible on the move-in date. I'm also happy to consider part-time occupancy (for example, a few nights per week), and the rent can be adjusted accordingly.

If this sounds like a good match, I'd love to hear from you and arrange a meeting.
