I want to rent my room temporarily from now (at latest from the 1st of December) until end or mid-March with the possibility to permanently take the room over at the end of the rental. The room is completely furnished with new and beautiful furnitures I bought while moving in. There are many storage in the appartement as closets, drawers, etc (everything will be empty).
The apartment is shared with two other nice flatmates, one travels a for because of his work and the other one is in the apartment twice a week depending on his days off, the rest of the week he's at work in a restaurant and comes home late. A cleaning lady comes when necessary to clean the appartement.
Everything is nearby in reasonable walking distance like grocery stores (Migros, Coop, Aldi, Denner), pharmacy, post etc. The nearest tram station is 2-3 minutes from the house and you can take there tram 7 and be at Paradeplatz for 10 minutes. The nearest train station is Wollishofen and it is 7 minutes from the house. The lake is nearby less than 5 minutes.
I am looking for someone nice, calm, organized, clean and not problematic and who will take good care of the furnitures in the room but also the rest of the apartment and make the coexistence enjoyable for everyone.
