Ich bewohne eine 3-Zimmerwohnung im zweiten Stock in Zürich Wollishofen nahe See. Ich suche eine Person für ein Zimmer jener 3-Zimmerwohnung. Ich bin Architekt ,41, kreativ, umgänglich, ruhig. Da ich seit August 2023 an Long Covid leide, suche ich eine Person die max. 2-3 mal die Woche ein Zimmer benötigt. Küche und Bad können mitbenützt werden. waschen mit Trocknungsraum im Keller. Das Zimmer hat 15qm und eine ruhigen, grünen Innenhof. Es ist nicht möbliert. Zimmer wird vorzugsweise längerfristig vermietet. Rauchen ist ungesund. Ich habe einen jungen Lagotto Romagnolo.
