One room is available in our beautiful and bright flat (4. floor) close to Bahnhof Wipkingen and the Rosengartenstrasse bus stop, by agreement, but until around May 2026. The house and flat are already a bit older but renovated and well maintained. Our street lies in a beautiful housing area in the heart of Zurich where you can find also some cosy cafés, restaurants and bars. The Limmat river – great for jogging rounds and swimming in the summer – and Hardbrücke – venues and nighlife – are easy to reach within minutes. The room will be a sublease for a fixed-term up to 5-6 months. So, people who stay in Zurich for a limited amount of time could be especially interested. Exact move-in and move-out dates can be arranged accordingly.

Monthly rent: 800 CHF (utilities and internet included).

We are two young professionals, Erik and Marius, living in the flat. We are open, respectful and easy-going people who both care about keeping our apartment tidy and orderly. Erik enjoys a wide variety of things like climbing, table tennis, rowing, scuba diving, old cars, swimming and much more! Work-wise, he tries to build the next generation smart glasses and VR-headsets. Marius likes to be active mostly while swimming, playing frisbee, or being in the mountains. When not working as an R&D engineer in geotechnics he is interested in a variety of topics including science and arts, reading books and podcasts.
