We are subletting a furnished room in our big, light-filled house with beautiful views over Zurich, the lake and mountains, as well as with the Kaferberg forest right behind the house :)

\- Connections: 10min from: HB, Oerlikon, ETH Hoengg and UZH Irchel Campuses, and the river
\- When: from Mid-November (3-6 months), dates flexible (extension may be possible)
\- Cost: CHF 1500 (CHF 1245 + CHF 220 Total Nebenkosten incl. heating)
\- 1 month rent deposit
\- CHF 35 monthly cleaning fee for common spaces
\- No pets (we have two cats and it would be stressful for them to introduce a new animal short term)

25 m² in total, on the ground floor: bedroom, walk-through wardrobe, and semi-private ensuite bathroom with a bathtub.

3 story house with a garden, shared between six people (including you).
The house has:

\- wintergarden
\- basement gym
\- guest/chill room
\- laundry room with washer and dryer
\- 180 m² garden + forest right behind the house
\- outdoor terrace
\- storage: there is some space, but we are unable to accommodate storing large amounts or items like furniture


About us

You’ll live with the five of us (25-32) - John, Stan, Ania, Asia and Gilles. We are a mix of artists, musicians, entrepreneurs and young professionals. We are close friends living together, balancing sharing life with independent adventures :)

You’ll also meet our two cats, Camille and Chichi.
