Walking distance to Stadelhofen train station (~5min), lake (~10min ), and to Niederdorf (~15min).
The flat has access to a private garden (in bloom during summer). Spacious kitchen with balcony on the first floor. Bbq available in the garden. Large living room with “cinema setup” thanks to huge sofa, beamer and speakers.
Dishwasher, Washing machine and Tumbler are in the flat.
