The Flat is insane: Top Floor, it is huge, super bright with windows everywhere, 3 Bathrooms, Rooftop, Fire Place, Kitchen with Bar, own washing machine and dryer and 1 min next to the lake - We see it from the apartment ;)

We search for: A great person who wants to live with us in our amazing huge flat literally next to the lake. We are working full time, 2-3 days home office (Dedicated desks) and like to enjoy life together.

We (2F) work in the banking and as a Doctor and are looking for a temporary subtenant. The dates are a bit flexible. Both in their early 30s, working (2-3 days home office) and generally have a good time. We have a home-gym, brilliant sofa, 3 bathrooms with 2 showers, a roof terrace and live 1min walk next to the Chinese meadow. More photos/information on request ;)

The room is available for roughly 3 Months (Potentially a little more) starting from December.
