Soon I will be abroad and would therefore like to offer my cosy WG room for subletting
FOR 5 WEEKS
. The location is just perfect - only 2 minutes from Kreuzplatz, 5 minutes to the Railway Stadelhofen & 12 minutes to the main station HB. The room is around 15 sqm, with a large window, a desk including chair and a comfortable bed with mattress. The only thing missing is a duvet cover, a blanket and towels.

The room also has its own bathroom, but the shower is in the shared bathroom. The flat has a spacious kitchen, a beautiful terrace, a cosy living room and an inviting dining room - you will certainly feel at home here. I can send you more pictures if you like.


I am looking for a lovely female flatmate who is between 18 and 29 years old, likes to keep things tidy and conscientiously follows the house rules and cleaning duties!. You need to have experience with flat sharing, pay the rent in advance and a deposit of 200.-


It is important for me to trust someone who will positively enrich the flat-sharing life with the two other flatmates (The girl is 25 y/o & french and the guy is 21 y/o & swiss)
