In unserer gemütlichen 4er-WG im Zürcher Seefeld wird ein möbliertes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer ist etwa 17 m² grossund verfügt über ein grosses Bett (1.8 × 2 m) mit integriertem Stauraum, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Büchergestellsowie ein Sideboard, sodass du direkt einziehen kannst, ohne eigene Möbel mitbringen zu müssen. Die Miete beträgt 1500 CHF pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten, die Kaution liegt bei 3000 CHF. Der Einzug ist flexibel zwischen Mitte April und Mitte Mai 2026 möglich, das Zimmer wird befristet bis Ende Mai 2027 vermietet.
Die Wohnung selbst ist eine charmante Altbauwohnung mit rund 125 m² Wohnfläche und typischen hohen Decken von etwa 3 Metern, die den Räumen ein sehr offenes und helles Gefühl geben. Herzstück der Wohnung ist das grosse Wohnzimmer mit kleinem Balkon, in dem wir gerne Zeit verbringen. Die Küche ist mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler ausgestattet, ausserdem gibt es zwei Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und eines mit Badewanne.
Die Lage im Seefeld gehört zu den schönsten in Zürich. Die Tramhaltestelle Höschgasse befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür und der Bahnhof Stadelhofen ist in etwa fünf Minuten mit dem Tram erreichbar. Zur Universität Zürichbraucht man mit einmal Umsteigen ungefähr 20 Minuten. Der Zürichsee ist nur etwa fünf Gehminuten entfernt, und auch Coop, Migros, Post und Apotheke befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Du würdest mit James, Cedric und Alex zusammen wohnen, die alle zwischen 26 und 29 Jahre alt sind. James und Alex arbeiten als Data Scientists, während Cedric als Arzt tätig ist. Unsere WG-Atmosphäre ist entspannt und unkompliziert. Wir führen kein verpflichtendes WG-Leben, geniessen es aber, wenn sich spontane gemeinsame Abende ergeben – zum Beispiel bei einem Film im Wohnzimmer oder einem gemütlichen Gespräch nach einem langen Tag. In der WG sprechen wir sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch, sodass du dich in beiden Sprachen problemlos verständigen kannst.
Wir suchen idealerweise eine Person zwischen etwa 25 und 35 Jahren, die gut in eine ruhige und respektvolle WG passt. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht erlaubt, und Haustiere sind im Gebäude aufgrund von Denkmalschutzbestimmungen leider ebenfalls nicht gestattet.

A furnished room is becoming available in our cozy 4-person flatshare in the beautiful Seefeld area of Zurich. The room is about 17 m² and comes fully furnished, including a 1.8 × 2 m bed with built-in storage, a wardrobe, a bookshelf, and a sideboard, so you can move in comfortably without needing additional furniture.
The rent is 1500 CHF per month including utilities, and the deposit is 3000 CHF. The move-in date is flexible between mid-April and mid-May 2026, and the room is available until the end of May 2027.
The apartment itself is a charming 125 m² Altbau (historic building) apartment with beautiful 3-meter-high ceilings, giving it a bright and spacious feel. The flat includes a large living room with a small balcony, where we often spend time together. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and there are two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The location in Seefeld is one of the nicest areas in Zurich. The Höschgasse tram stop is right in front of the building, and Stadelhofen train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by tram. The University of Zurich is about 20 minutes away with one transfer. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away, and Coop, Migros, the post office, and a pharmacy are all located nearby.
You would be sharing the flat with James, Cedric, and Alex, who are all between 26 and 29 years old. James and Alex work as data scientists, while Cedric works as a doctor. Our flat has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We don’t have mandatory shared activities, but if everyone happens to be home, we sometimes watch a movie together or spend a relaxed evening in the living room. We are an international flat and speak both German and English in the apartment.
Ideally, we are looking for someone between about 25 and 35 years old who would fit well into a respectful and easygoing flat environment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and pets are unfortunately not permitted in the building due to heritage protection regulations.
