, hell und unmöbliert. Optional kann ein Bett und ein Kleiderschrank (alles ein Jahr alt) für einen kleinen Betrag von unserer Mitbewohnerin übernommen werden.

Unsere Mitbewohnerin hat sehr spontan eine Wohnung mit ihrem Freund gefunden und zieht leider aus unserer WG aus. Darum suchen wir eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in, der/die in unsere gemütliche Wohnung einziehen möchte.

Die Wohnung ist eine charmante grosse Altbauwohnung am Schaffhauserplatz, 3. Stock (mit Lift). Sie hat 4 Schlafzimmer, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein grosses Wohn- und Esszimmer mit Cheminée, 2 Bäder (eins mit Dusche und Badewanne) und einen gemeinsam genutzten Balkon. Die Wohnung ist möbliert. Wir haben Waschmaschine und Tumbler in der Wohnung, und eine Waschküche im Keller, falls benötigt. Gemeinsamer Platz im Keller ist auch vorhanden.

Die Haltestelle Schaffhauserplatz liegt direkt vor der Tür und bietet ideale ÖV-Verbindungen: Du bist schnell überall, 10 min Tramfahrt bis Oerlikon, 10 min Tramfahrt bis Zürich HB, 10 min Tramfahrt bis ETH. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants gibt es gleich um die Ecke.

Das Einzugsdatum ist verhandelbar. Ein Einzug wäre ab sofort möglich, da das Zimmer bereits frei ist.

Wir sind Vicky (32), Jenny (31) und Johannes (29). Vicky ist eine Architektin aus Deutschland, Jenny kommt aus Schweden und macht ihren PhD an der ETH und Johannes ist ein Softwareentwickler aus Österreich. Wir sind alle ruhige, organisierte und saubere Personen. Vicky freut sich immer, Zeit mit Freund*innen oder den Mitbewohner*innen zu verbringen, neue Rezepte zu kochen und neue Sportarten auszuprobieren. Sie geht gerne auf Ausstellungen, ins Kino und auf Konzerte. Jenny verbringt ihre Zeit gerne und zu jeder Jahreszeit in den Bergen und trifft sich gerne mit ihren Freund*innen. Johannes treibt viel Sport, liest und hört gerne Musik. Abends treffen wir uns oft in der Küche und reden über den Tag oder was uns beschäftigt.

Das Zusammenleben ist uns wichtig, jedoch gibt es auch immer Raum, um sich zurückzuziehen. Wenn du interessiert bist, schreib uns etwas über dich, und wie du dir das Zusammenleben in einer WG wünschst :).

The room is 13 m²,
bright and unfurnished. Optionally, a bed and a wardrobe (both one year old) can be taken over from our flatmate for a small amount.

Our flatmate just moved in with her partner, and we are looking for someone to join our cosy flat!

The flat is a charming large WG in an old building on Schaffhauserplatz, 3rd floor (with elevator). It has 4 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a large living and dining room with a working fireplace, 2 bathrooms (one with shower and bathtub) and a shared balcony. The flat is furnished, a bed and closet are available in the room for a price to be discussed. We have a washing machine and tumble dryer in the flat, and a laundry room in the basement if needed. Shared space in the cellar is also available.

The Schaffhauserplatz stop is right outside the door and offers ideal public transport connections: You are quickly everywhere, 10-min tram ride to Oerlikon, 10-min tram ride to Zurich main station, 10-min tram ride to ETH. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner.

We are Vicky (32), Jenny (31) and Johannes (29). Vicky is an architect from Germany, Jenny is a PhD student at ETH from Sweden and Johannes is a software developer from Austria. We are all calm, organised and clean people. Vicky is always happy to spend time with friends or flatmates, cook new recipes and try out new sports. She enjoys going to exhibitions, the cinema and concerts. Jenny enjoys spending her time in the mountains during all seasons and spending time with friends in Zurich. Johannes enjoys doing sport, likes reading and listening to music. In the evenings, we often meet in the kitchen and talk about the day or what's on our minds.

Living together is important to us, but there is always room to withdraw. If you are interested, write us something about yourself and how you would like to live together in a shared flat :).
