Furnished room in a house, located in the heart of Zurich. On the same floor, there are restrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Applications will be reviewed with the utmost seriousness. An interview is mandatory, and a visit will be scheduled in July and August to ensure the proper maintenance of the room during the stay.

The subtenant must present their payslips to demonstrate their ability to pay the rent. They must meet the high financial criteria of the city of Zurich. A very good salary situation is required.

In case of property damage (failure to follow instructions, abuse, degradation, etc.), the subtenant will be immediately expelled and will not be refunded.

Rent 💸: CHF 1320. — net per month (non-negotiable).

⚠️ The rent must be paid before moving into the room. Without receipt of the rent, moving in is impossible.

A deposit of CHF 300. — must also be paid and will be returned at the end of the stay if the spaces have been treated with care and no damage has been found.
