We’re looking for someone (or a couple) to move into our beautiful 4.5-room apartment (124 m²) in Unterstrass (Kreis 6) starting December 1st, 2025.
The largest room (19.2 m²) with its own private bathroom will be available.
The main tenants have canceled the lease, and we — the two current subtenants — are looking for a new person to join the contract.
Alternatively, a couple could share the large room for the first few months and then take over the entire apartment around February / March 2026, when we move out.

Rent:
CHF 1,500 / month for one person, plus electricity & internet
CHF 1,800 / month for a couple sharing the large room, plus electricity & internet
CHF 4,060 / month for the entire apartment, plus electricity & internet
No deposit required – the apartment is covered by a rental deposit insurance
