This flat is a 4-person WG, where convivial ambience is present and conversation and group dining are part of the flat dynamic.
This flat is currently 2 men and 2 women (as I, Sarah, am leaving), we are looking for a Woman to keep sex parity.
About the flat: It's a 5-room apartment (126.5 sqm2), with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a big living room, a kitchen, and a balcony (accessible from the kitchen). The living room is very comfortable, and you can enjoy the amazing light from the big windows! In the flat, we have our own washing machine and dryer (in the men's bathroom but available to all in the WG), and a dishwasher in the kitchen. On the balcony, you can enjoy the spring and summer sun! The flat also has 2 storage areas (attic and basement!). Taking this room means being centrally located (5 different trams, 10 min walking from HB, 6 from Wiedikon), while staying in a calm and relaxing flat!

About your bedroom: around 18 sqm2, very spacious and cosy. Currently fits a double bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, 2 bookshelves, and a reading chair! The bedroom is quiet as the common areas are located opposite the bedrooms! You would share the bathroom with the other woman. The Men have their own.
About the roommates: you would be living with another woman and 2 men - current age range 26-35 years old, we keep an international atmosphere as your future roommates would be Swiss, Italian, and Lithuanian!

Important information, as I am currently a co-tenant, I am looking for someone who will be taking over this responsibility. This is non-negotiable.
