Our roommate Joana is unfortunately moving out and therfore we are looking for a new flatmate as of 01.02.2026.

About the room:

The size of the room is 22m2 and has an amazing view over zurich on the 9th floor. It’s super bright and extremely spacious. The apartment is located at Europaallee, which is only a 5 minutes walk away from HB. So you’ll have shops like migros, coop etc. within walking distance and they’re also open on Sundays.

The rental price already includes utilities, rental deposit insurance, internet, serafe and electricity.

The building was finished in 2019, so the apartment has all the modern amenities like floor heating, induction stove, steamer, washing machine and tumbler in the apartment and even a wine fridge. We have a logia overseeing Europallee and Uetliberg.

About us:

I (Quentin, 22) am currently doing my bachelor’s degree at ETH Zurich. I love spending time with friends and going out, but I also enjoy a chill night at home.

I (Yves, 25) am currently working as a Software Engineer at Google, I enjoy spending time with friends or outdoors, the last point being the reason for me often not being at home during the weekends :D. I also love to occasionally cook, be this either for friends or for the WG :) Besides that I'm also always open for some chatting or I enjoy some quiet time for myself.

We're looking for a clean and responsible addition to our WG. While we all have our own lives we appreciate the occasional dinner togheter, so getting along well is also important for us :)
