Die Bausubstanz ist recht alt und nicht renoviert (das kommt erst), daher ist der Standard nicht sehr hoch. (Gasherd und Dusche in der Küche)
Ein Schrank ist im Zimmer vorhanden. Eine (neuwertige Matratze) kann gestellt werden. Die Heizung ist eine Elektroheizung.

The building is quite old and has not been renovated (that is yet to come), so the standard is not very high. (Gas cooker and shower in the kitchen)
There is a wardrobe in the room. A mattress (as good as new) can be provided. The heating is electric.
