Ich suche ein*e Mitbewohner*in für meine schöne, ca. 80 m² grosse helle Wohnung direkt am Bahnhof Wiedikon. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock, mit Blick auf den Uetliberg. Die Strasse ist eine Einbahn- und 30er-Zone, und dank des ruhigen Innenhofs ist es hier sehr angenehm und leise.


Lage & ÖV:

Wir sind 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof Wiedikon entfernt (von dort ist man in 2 Minuten am HB). Wir sind direkt angeschlossen an den Tramlinien 2, 3, 9 und 14 sowie der 32er-Bus.


Das Zimmer & die Wohnung:

Dein Zimmer ist 12 m² gross. Du hast dein eigenes WC (siehe Bild), ausgestattet mit Spiegelschrank und Unterschrank. Im grossen Badezimmer befindet sich eine Badewanne mit Dusche, die wir gemeinsam nutzen.
Im Haus gibt es zwei Waschräume, beide mit Waschmaschine, Tumbler und Trockenraum, die jederzeit flexibel genutzt werden können. Direkt neben der Haustür befindet sich ein abschliessbarer Veloraum.
Die Wohnung ist vollständig möbliert, inklusive voll ausgestatteter Küche.
Haustiere sind grundsätzlich erlaubt, falls das für dich relevant ist. Zudem ist es möglich einen Privatparkplatz für 130.- im Innenhof dazuzumieten.


Einzugsdatum:

Optimal wäre jemand per 1. Februar, aber ich bin flexibel, wenn sonst alles gut passt.
Ich bin zudem offen für Wochenaufenthalter*innen oder Personen, die nur Teilzeit in Zürich wohnen möchten. Da können wir gerne auch nochmals über die Konditionen sprechen. :)


Zu mir:

Ich bin Selly, 28 Jahre alt, lebe seit einigen Jahren in Zürich und bin gerne unterwegs – sei es mit einem Matcha to go, im Café, beim Pilates oder Tennis. Abends bin ich auch oft mit Freunden unterwegs. Ich arbeite Vollzeit (oft auch im Homeoffie).


Wen ich suche:

Ich freue mich über eine*n Mitbewohner*in in einem ähnlichen Alter, der/die aktiv ist, und die Wohnung mit derselben Freude und Sorgfalt nutzt wie ich. Mir ist wichtig, dass wir uns gut verstehen auch wenn ich selbst viel unterwegs bin.

I’m looking for a new flatmate for my lovely, bright apartment of around 80 m², located right by Bahnhof Wiedikon. The flat is on the 4th floor and has a beautiful view of the Uetliberg. It’s on a one-way, 30 km/h street, and thanks to the quiet inner courtyard, the area is very peaceful.

Location & Public Transport

We’re just a 2-minute walk from Bahnhof Wiedikon (from there it’s only 2 minutes to the main station). The apartment is very well connected to tram lines 2, 3, 9 and 14, as well as the 32 bus.

The Room & the Apartment

Your room is 12 m². You’ll have your own WC (see photo), equipped with a mirror cabinet and storage unit. The main bathroom has a bathtub with a shower, which we’ll share.
The building has two laundry rooms, both with washing machines, dryers and drying rooms that can be used flexibly at any time. There’s also a locked bike room directly next to the entrance.
The apartment is fully furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen.
Pets are generally allowed, if that’s relevant for you. There’s also the option to rent a private parking space in the courtyard for 130.– per month.

Move-In Date

Ideally, someone could move in by February 1st, but I’m flexible if everything else is a good match.
I’m also open to weekly commuters or people who only want to live in Zurich part-time. We can discuss the conditions separately. :)

About Me

I’m Selly, 28 years old, and have been living in Zurich for several years. I love being out and about – with a matcha to go, at a café, doing Pilates or playing tennis. In the evenings, I’m often out with friends. I work full-time (often from home as well).

Who I’m Looking For
