\- calm, soundproof and isolated from the other bedrooms
\- kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, oven)
\- washing machine available in the building
\- the flatmates : 3 young working professional in their 20s/30s
\- individual unlimited contract with the agency : 1590 all included (electricity, water, WIFI etc)
