_One room_ in shared flat,

The apartment is _80 m2_, two rooms (only two people in total), one bathroom (shared), kitchen and living room. The apartment is fully furnished, kitchen is completely equipped. The available room is spacious, bright and comfortable.
In the middle of the neighbourhood _Kreis 4_, central, full of nice local shops, bars and restaurants, co-working spaces, parks and nightlife. You can easily reach the lake, the river, parks or shopping streets and shopping centres walking, by bike or with public transports. In the flat we will be only two people sharing the space.
There is a washing machine in the apartment, and is available to be used. A luxury! That common washing and drying room is just next door on the same floor. Very comfortable for us.
Standards of hygiene are high and regular detailed cleaning is part of the good living. Flat for NO SMOKERS ONLY (social smoking is considered "smoking").
The apartment is at a walking distance from public transports (that is Switzerland function wonderfully): Bus 31, Tram 8, 2, 3; Train Stations Wiedikon, Hardbrücke and 15’ walking to Zürich main station (HB).

Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für mein Zimmer, mitten im Kreis 4.
Die 3.5 zimmer Wohnung ist 80 m2 gross (nur zwei Personen insgesamt), und befindet sich auf einer 5. Etage mit Aufzug. Sie verfügt von zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Bad, eine Küche und ein sehr geräumiges Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Das vorhandene Zimmer ist geräumig, hell und komfortabel. V Die Wohnung hat einen (fast) direkten Zugang zu einer Gemeinschaftsdachterrasse. Ausserdem steht eine grosse Kellerabteilung nur fur dich zur verfügung.
Zudem hat die Wohnung seine eigene Private Waschmaschine. Für grosse Waschtage gibt es auch einen Gemeinschaftswasch- und Trockenraum, der sich nebenan auf der gleichen Etage befindet.
Die Wohnung liegt in Gehdistanz zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und zum Lochergut-Einkaufszentrum. In der unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sind auch Bars und Restaurants, Co-Working Spaces, Parks, und viel mehr.
Du wirst die Wohnung mit einer Freundlichen Mitbewohnerin teilen. Der Hygienestandard ist hoch und eine regelmäßige gründliche Reinigung gehört zum guten Wohnen dazu. Die Wohnung ist NUR für NICHTRAUCHERINNEN verfügbar (social smoking is considered smoking).
