I am renting out my room (around 15m2, furnished with bed and space for clothes) in a nice shared flat together with another guy (26yold, male). The apartment is very centrally located and has all needed facilities nearby (Migros, denner at 3 min by walk / Hb at 10 min by foot).

Moving dates, duration and price are flexible and can be discussed by agreement. Preferably looking for someone who would stay all January and February but shorter stays are possible).
