Ab 1. Juli 2025 wird ein WG Zimmer frei für eine Person (bevorzugt eine Frau, aufgrund der erfahrungsgemäß besseren Hygiene) bis Ende des Jahres für zunächst 6 Monate (31.12.25).

Mindestmietdauer: 2-3 Monate.

Eventuell besteht die Option, das Zimmer auch im Jahre 2026 anzumieten, falls das Zusammenleben harmoniert.

Wir suchen eine berufstätige, saubere, verantwortungsbewusste Frau, die in unsere ruhige Nachbarschaft passt und wohlwollend mit den Habseligkeiten in der Wohnung umgeht. (25 bis 35 Jahre alt, in unserem Alter)
