We are Sofia and Etienne.

A room in our apartment will be available starting September 1st.
The rent is 483.50 CHF per month (including expenses). The Wi-Fi costs 14 CHF.

The apartment is managed by JUWO, so please only contact us if you meet their requirements.

The flat is located on Albisriederstrasse.
The room is spacious and bright, and the apartment is quiet, well-maintained, and cozy.
There’s also a large balcony connected to the kitchen :)

The room can be rented furnished, as the current furniture is available for sale.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with Sofia and Etienne. We each have our own routines, but we often meet in the kitchen for a quick chat or to cook together from time to time. Sofia studies at Zhdk and Etienne studies at ETH.

We are looking for a female flatmate who is clean, friendly, and flexible.

The contract runs until May 31st, 2026, but it may be extended.
