Ich (Alex, 31, arbeite als IT Product Manager) suche jemanden, der Lust hat, für eine bestimmte Zeit (bis ca. Juli 2026) bei mir einzuziehen. Das Zimmer ist gross, hell und voll ausgestattet. Ich suche jemand, der unkompliziert, sauber, zuverlässig und offen ist. Du solltest zu einer freundlichen und entspannten WG passen, egal ob du nach Feierabend lieber mal mit mir ein Bier auf der Dachterrasse trinkst oder eher deine Ruhe haben möchtest. Ich arbeite selber meistens Montags und Freitags im Home Office. Das Zimmer ist ab Ende November oder nach Vereinbarung verfügbar.

* möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Stauraum und Einbauschränken
* ideal, wenn du auch mal von zu Hause arbeiten möchtest

* 3,5 Zimmer, ca. 90 m²
* komplett möbliert, mit allem, was man braucht (Küche, Esstisch, Couch, TV etc.)
* entspannte WG-Atmosphäre: ich bin berufstätig, aktiv, offen und kommunikativ – aber geniesse auch mal meine Ruhe


Highlight: die Dachterrasse (ab März wieder! ;)

* mit Gasgrill, Lounge, Tisch und Steckdosen
* perfekt für Grillabende, Kaffee am Morgen oder Freunde einladen

* nur 5 Gehminuten zu Lochergut, Bruppacherplatz & Goldbrunnenplatz
* viele Restaurants, Bars & Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Nähe
* Bahnhof Wiedikon gleich um die Ecke – in ca. 20 Min. bist du am Flughafen

In den Kosten inkludiert ist Internet, Mr Green und Nebenkosten. Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit für eine Putzkraft, die Frequenz (und entsprechend Kosten) können wir besprechen.

The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished. Perfect if you want a smooth and easy start. I’m looking for someone who is easygoing, clean, reliable, and open-minded. You should fit into a friendly and relaxed flatshare – whether you prefer to grab a beer with me on the rooftop terrace after work or enjoy your own quiet time. I usually work from home on Mondays and Fridays. The room is available from the end of November or by arrangement.

Costs

Internet, Mr. Green (recycling service), and utilities are all included in the rent. There’s also the option to hire a cleaning service – frequency (and therefore cost) can be agreed together.
