Hello! I’m Zoe (32F, British) and I am looking for a new flatmate!

The room is available from 18 May 2025, but I am also open to discuss. The rent does include some costs, but on top of the amount stated would be an equal split of other usual household bills. The flat is about 7 minutes from Sihlcity Nord (trams 5, 13 and 17, and bus 72) and 5 minutes from
Bahnhof Brunau. Sihlcity shopping centre is close by for shopping as well as restaurants and the cinema. My current flatmate is also happy to arrange selling some of her furniture if you would like: bed/mattress, wardrobe and medium chest of drawers.

A little about me: I have been at home in this flat for many years and love it, so I hope you will too. I also speak German if that is helpful! I am pretty relaxed but do like to have a clean and tidy house as well. I also work from home a fair amount.
I enjoy reading and watching films, spending time at the lake and in the mountains, going out for dinner and drinks, and playing curling. It would be great to do the odd thing together so that we are more than just two people who happen to live in the same flat but there is no pressure :)
