Our nice furnished apartment, right by the lake, is looking for two new flatmates. After 5 memorable years in this beautiful place, I am moving in with my girlfriend, while another flatmate moves out for professional reasons.

The place is very spacious, about 140m2, and each room is 20-22 m2.

The kitchen is large and practical with a nice spot to eat and hang out. There's also a living room we share. We've got one bathroom and one toilet. Both, and the kitchen were renovated in 2021, so they're pretty new, and the windows keep out noise well.

Extra stuff we have: fast internet and weekly cleaning (frequency can be discussed with the current flatmates). This, together with electricity and all other shared household expenses, comprehensively amounts to CHF 215 per person.

The flat is fully furnished, including your bed, wardrobe, bedside table, fully equipped kitchen, and common areas. All can be acquired for a small fee.

The place is in a great spot, close to the lake and very easy to get around. There's a tram stop 20 meters away, and the train station at Bahnhof Enge minutes away with lots of lines (S-Bahn and trams). You can walk to all sorts of places in the city center.

If you like being outside, there's mountain biking trails nearby, tennis courts, skiing not too far off, and the lake for swimming or chilling in the park. Migros and Coop at the Enge train station are open every day (even Sunday) till late.
