Ich suche eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für meine Wohnung in Zürich Enge, da mein aktueller Mitbewohner auszieht.
Der Einzug ist
unbefristet
, und die Wohnung muss als Hauptmieter/in übernommen werden, und die Kaution von drei Monatsmieten (3’456 CHF) ist zu hinterlegen. Ich werde im Oktober 2026 ausziehen. Bis dahin würden wir uns die Wohnung teilen.


📍Lage:

Die Wohnung liegt top zentral - nur 3 Minuten zum Bahnhof Enge, 6 Minuten zum See und 4 Minuten zum nächsten Fitnessstudio.
Sihlcity und Coop sind gleich um die Ecke, und der Hauptbahnhof ist in 14 Minuten erreichbar.

Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m² gross, sehr hell und ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist modern, mit
Geschirrspüler

Waschmaschine
und
Tumbler
zur Mitbenutzung.
Das Zimmer wird
unmöbliert übergeben
, und die Wohnung ist in sehr gutem Zustand.

Ich bin
Luciano, 26 Jahre alt
, arbeite in Zürich und bin ein offener, unkomplizierter Mensch.
Ich unternehme gerne etwas mit Freunden, mache Sport und koche ab und zu zuhause.
Mir ist wichtig, dass die WG harmonisch ist - man versteht sich gut, aber respektiert auch den Rückzugsraum des anderen.
