Room to rent in a WG DECEMBER 2025 - JANUARY 2026
Dates: from 5.12 to end of January - can be also just one month, but preferably both.
Price: 1440 chf m/ month, Includes everything. I can lower it to 1'300 CHF or let's talk.
Washing Machine, tumbler, dishwasher are in the flat.
It has 2 bathrooms, so no problems with queuing.

The location is amazing, just 3min walking from the lake, 5min walk to Enge Bahnhof with supermarket open till 22 and even on Sundays.
10 min by bike or tram to ZH HB.

You'd live with with 2 girls, 27 and 32 y.o. Nationalities Brasilian-French and Spanish-Austrian.
We like healthy lifestyle & sports, but also enjoy a good party and music, however we don't party at home, except occasional dinners with friends.
We keep the apartment clean and are respectful.

Unfortunately, not for couples - only single person.
